After enjoying years developing his craft as an award-winning competitive bar-b-que pitmaster, Shane Nasby was ready to serve up a new culinary experience; one that would marry the deliciously sweet flavor of honey and spices with the savory heat of slow-cooked smoked meats.
That’s how HoneyFire Kitchen was born.
Now, Shane and his staff serve their delightfully unexpected dishes at some of Nashville’s premier weddings, private events, corporate functions, and other catered affairs. Whenever possible, they also pop up to participate in the local food truck scene, delivering a unique and tasty spin on traditional smoked food.
